All files should be uploaded by March 14th, 2021.
WORKSHOP PRESENTER UPLOADS
If you are a WORKSHOP PRESENTER, please upload your materials to the Workshop Presenter Folder. Each presenter should upload the following:
– Professional Headshot
– One Paragraph Biography (7 to 10 sentences)
– All Workshop Materials (slideshows, videos, handouts, etc.)
VENDOR UPLOADS
If you are a VENDOR, please upload your materials to the Vendor Booths Folder. Each vendor should upload the following:
– Vendor Booth Materials (flyers, videos, slideshows, etc.)
Please note all vendors are encouraged to host a workshop. If you are a vendor AND a workshop presenter, materials should be uploaded separately.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER UPLOADS
If you are a KEYNOTE SPEAKER, please upload your materials to the Keynote Speaker Folder. Each keynote speaker should upload the following:
– Professional Headshot
– One Paragraph Biography (7 to 10 sentences)
– Keynote Address Materials (slideshow, videos, handouts, etc.)
VIRTUAL PRE-CONFERENCE BRIEFING
All workshop presenters at the Synergy Conference are required to attend ONE virtual pre-conference briefing to present. These briefings are designed to provide presenters with best practices in navigating the iCohere platform and maximizing attendee engagement.
Virtual pre-conference briefings will be conducted via Zoom.
